Lactation and feeding with a newborn can be hard. Let’s see if a consultation is right for you.

Breastfeeding can be challenging for many women, but there are ways to navigate those difficulties. Some common hurdles include low milk supply, nipple soreness, engorgement, and trouble with latching.

The key is to have a strong support system in place, including partners, family, and lactation consultants, who can offer guidance and encouragement.

Learning proper breastfeeding techniques, positioning, and latch is crucial. Taking care of yourself by eating well, staying hydrated, and resting is important for milk production.
